Spiritual prompt: Article of Faith 13. Discussion: How do we use this article of faith to guide our decisions in what we create and consume?

I use this article of faith to guide my choices about what I create and share with the world. I try to leave a place better than it was before I got there. When creating things, whether it's movies or writing text messages to others, I try to stay virtuous, honest, praiseworthy, and kind. I know I'm not perfect, but I make the effort to find things and people to surround myself with who uplift me and genuinely want to see me grow. I think this also applies to the things I bring into my life and to the people I surround myself with. I love the saying, "You are who you hang out with." The more you surround yourself with things and people that are praiseworthy or of good report or lovely, the more they tend to bring you genuine joy. I think it's important to look at where we place our energy, what we create with it, and who and what we consume.
